24 Hour Assistance Line


This number will connect you with an operator 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week who can assist with food pantries, shelters, counseling, damage assessment, disaster response and other recovery services.

There is ample room for evacuees at three shelters:

  • Middletown High School opened by American Red Cross (ARC) Phone number: 415-307-4503
  • Kelseyville High School opened by ARC Phone number: 331-6652
  • Upper Lake Middle School opened by County and operated by Community Disaster Response Team.  Phone number: 312-0395

Horse & Livestock

The Lake County Horse Council has set-up a page of people willing to transport and house horses and other livestock:

Pet Food Donations

If you'd like to buy a bag of dog food and have it donated to pet owners sheltering at the Moose Lodge, call Our Happy Tails at 707-413-3016 and they will deliver.

Financial Donations

Mendo-Lake Credit Union is accepting financial donations on behalf of North Coast Opportunities to assist with fire recovery efforts. Checks may be made out to Rocky Fire or North Coast Opportunities and dropped off or mailed to the following branch locations or via paypal at
